1. Cancellation Policy
- Digital Products / Courses: Since access is granted immediately upon successful payment, orders for digital products, e-books, or pre-recorded courses cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete.
- Live Webinars / Cohorts: If you have registered for a live interactive session or cohort, you may request a cancellation up to 24 before the scheduled start time by emailing us at thegymfoundation@gmail.com
2. Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital content which can be instantly consumed or downloaded, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy. All sales are final. We advise you to review the course curriculum, sample lessons, or product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
3. Exceptions & Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased digital product, please contact our support team. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be initiated internally.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
- It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
